Fleur draws on a wealth of experience in show production, staging design and event experience. Her formative years were spent working at the renowned London venue Brixton Academy as events manager. Her enthusiasm and drive saw her quickly promoted to the role of venue management with the added responsibilities of implementing Public, Security, Health & Safety initiatives and Paramedic and Medical service liaison.

During her time at this 4500 capacity venue, she gained invaluable experience working closely with promoters, agents & production teams on a diverse range of acts such as Prince, Rolling Stones, James Brown, The Verve, Radiohead, Paul Weller, Stone Roses & INXS to name a few.

During her tenure at the Academy she also helped to stage and produce many branded events including the NME Brat Awards, Antonio Beradi Fashion Show, Playstation Skate Board events and numerous Time Out launch parties.

Moving into Project and Production Management with a clear focus on devising and producing unique brand experiences she worked on a wide range of branded events including a “Virgin Live” show for Travis which entailed closing down the centre of Glasgow, production managed the Rizla Lounge at the Glastonbury Festival and produced shows across Europe for the Levi Engineered Jean Tour. Most recently she has become the Project Manager for the Thirst 04/05 global tour.
